Thank you for shopping at Little Free Library. This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed in our online store are prepared and delivered.

Shipping Locations

Little Free Library ships only within the United States for now. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order within the United States — no extra shipping charges are added at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Each order goes through a preparation stage before it ships.

Orders are usually handled within 1 to 3 business days, during which we confirm the order details, get the items ready, and arrange the shipment.

The processing stage can take an additional 2 to 4 business days, depending on order volume and operational needs.

Delivery Time

After processing and dispatch, total delivery time is estimated at 3 to 7 business days anywhere in the United States.

Keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control can affect arrival dates.

Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you may receive a confirmation email with shipping details or a tracking number when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It's the customer's responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays or failed deliveries.

Little Free Library cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't shown up within the expected timeframe, contact our support team. We'll open an inquiry with the carrier and help get things resolved.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us right away and attach photos of the damaged box or product so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
