At Little Free Library, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase isn't right for you, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent from start to finish.

Returns

We provide a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To qualify, the item must come back to us in the condition you received it: unused, unworn, and with the original packaging and every included accessory. You'll also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Once we approve your return request, we'll email you instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

Return Shipping

Little Free Library covers the cost of return shipping in full. You will never be asked to pay a return shipping fee on an eligible return.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We may decline a return if the item shows obvious signs of use, was damaged after delivery, or is missing its original packaging or accessories. Every returned item is inspected when it arrives to confirm it meets these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please look over your order as soon as it's delivered. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest route is to return the original following the steps above and place a fresh order for the product you want.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it is processed or shipped. If it has already shipped, simply follow the standard return process once it arrives.

Little Free Library currently ships within the United States only.

Every order ships free of charge. Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days, processed within 2 to 4 business days, and total delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 business days.
